Commissioning service and commissioning assistance for all kinds of generators
On behalf of, or in cooperation with, the generator manufacturers, we take care of the proper integration of the generators into the operation cycle when a new system is being commissioned.
The regulators will be parameterized during the commissioning procedure, followed by a test run of the generator, and finally the generator will be tested in parallel operation mode.
Efficient troubleshooting based on technical know-how and cutting-edge measurement devices
The detection and elimination of interference effects or reciprocal actions that may be caused by switchgears or driving engines requires comprehensive technical knowledge.
Cutting-edge measurement equipment, such as long-term measuring instruments (data loggers) and energy analysers, is needed to locate and eliminate any perturbing effects.
Modification of regulators
Fitting generators with state-of-the-art digital control systems
Badur Generatortechnik handles the transition from failure-prone analogue control technology to modern digital regulators. This includes integrating the regulators into the existing system and putting them into operation.
We will install and connect the digital regulator inside a separate switch cabinet, or a control cabinet already in place. This protects the regulator from perturbing effects caused e.g. by vibrations or dirt.
Maintenance service for all kinds of generators
Benefit from our maintenance service for all kinds of generators. Our maintenance operations, performed in a professional manner on a regular basis, allow you to take advantage of the lowest possible operation and maintenance costs for your generators.
Nearly all maintenance operations can be carried out on-site, directly at the generator:
- bearing replacement
- cleaning and re-impregnation of generator windings
- re-commissioning of the system, including operational data collecting
For prevention and early detection of any damage to generator bearings, we recommend to carry out regular SPM monitoring. Please feel free to contact us!
Specialized state-of-the-art instruments for measuring and testing
In order to be able to carry out the necessary on-site operations and measurements at the generator, we have state-of-the-art special measuring equipment available, including:
- data logger: a measuring data acquisition device used for the recording and storing of transient processes or for long-term measurements
- Omicron protection devices for testing
- Megger tester for measurement of insulation resistance of windings
- SPM bearing analysis/vibration measuring instrument for monitoring the bearing condition and for measuring vibrations
